I house sit people homes when there away. The apartment I was staying in when the person travel was horrible from the time the person moved in they notices a Roach, infestation., reported it they started to treat for the roaches said it would take a month or two..lol..the dishwasher was broke, a report was made management. Never repaired the problem. The washer never worked right when they moved in..mangerment kept saying they would replace it. Months went by until one day they told mangerment please just come get it out of the apartment.

The pool never opened summer 2026 due to the new management’s lack of attention and upkeep. The property is not being maintained like it was under the previous management staff. There is no regular pressure washing, the building entrances and stairwells are not being properly cleaned, and the trash frequently overflows from the compactor. Overall, the property has noticeably declined because basic maintenance and cleanliness are not being kept up with.

Visited this apartment. The staff was rude and mentioned we had to apply to tour the apartment also they would not share any information about the apartment. They referred my husband and I to check the website although we traveled to speak to them directly.
