If you’re thinking about moving here, DON’T. That’s the very least I can say. Don’t move here if you don’t want your car towed from where you pay rent & the leasing office will do absolutely nothing about it, even with a parking permit. Don’t move here if you get home late because there will be absolutely no parking AT ALL. Don’t move here if you want guest to spend the night, because by the time they wake up, their car will be at the impound lot. Don’t move here if you work past 9am and can’t bring your trash can in by 9am, they will charge you a $60.

DO NOT move here! I’m on the verge of being kicked out because of false noise complaints coming from the person ABOVE me..how does that even make sense? I work night shift and they said I’m loud at night..I’m not even home at night. So maybe their problem is coming from someone next to them. Anyway, it’s their word against mine and that sucks because I truly don’t make noise and now I walk on egg shells because I can’t afford to get evicted. The sad part is, is the person above me, that’s making complaints about me is always super loud.

First I would like to start by saying, the only STAFF MEMBER HERE THAT HAS BEEN WELCOMING SINCE I’VE been living here for almost a year now is NICOLE, she shows so much care, patience, respect amd Kindness to the residents, and she is very understanding. As for my stay here, I can honestly say, I have not gotten any comfortability or peace, if you have toddlers that are actively moving around please DO NOT MOVE HERE‼️‼️ My 2 year old has gotten bad anxiety since moving here due to my downstairs neighbors using objects to bang up on the ceilings scaring her if she walks, jumps or even barely moving, every movement we make is an issue.
