Amazing staff, very helpful and welcoming! Monica and Octavio went out of their way to help me, and I couldn’t have asked for a more welcoming and friendly experience! The complex feels very cozy and safe, and I’m happy to be here.
Beautiful place to live. Very calm and quiet. Love the office team Monica & Octavio. Maintenance are freaken amazing. Definitely recommend living here to anyone.
So me and my husband are some of the annoying few who tour and look for apartments 6months-1year ahead of time in order to make my decision calmly, and some places discourage you from doing so but the Cordillera Apartments staff, Octavio and Monica, made sure that I felt right at home! Apart from being a 24-hour gated community in a nice area, you can definitely tell that all Residents are taken care of.
