Sol Modern

I stated Sol Modern. This is half Hotel Half apartment. I will say I absolutely love the amenities. I love that it had a washer and dryer while I was staying there so before I left I washed my clothes so I didn't have to come back with dirty clothes. Love the convenience of it being downtown so it was easy to walk for breakfast or lunch or dinner. Zee and Bethalham were great they were very polite during check-in and polite during checkout. Any questions we had they were glad to answer positive attitude all the way through.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ By far the best apartment we had on our USA trip! The apartment was modern, stylishly furnished, extremely clean, and perfectly equipped – it truly lacked nothing. The absolute highlight is the rooftop terrace: playing basketball with a view over Phoenix – simply amazing! The pool area is also beautiful and invites you to relax. The fitness center is huge, state-of-the-art, and offers everything you could wish for. Everything here is just perfect. Everything your heart desires, all in one place. We would come back anytime and can wholeheartedly recommend Sol Modern Phoenix.

As a current resident I want to start by saying that the amenities at this property are excellent. The facilities and overall setup are some of the strongest aspects of living here. To start, the staff have been great in certain areas, but my experience with some of the front office team has been disappointing. At the beginning, I assumed some issues were due to them getting used to the property and learning procedures, which is understandable. However, after living here for several months, I expected a higher level of knowledge, responsiveness, and professionalism.
