PLS READ (they literally lie in the response comment) this is absolutely absurd. My AC has been out for 6 days since the power was out once again for the fourth time. One of my AC vents just completely stopped working and the other three are blowing out warm air. Honestly, the one not working is the only one that’s helping because the warm air is absolutely absurd.@ night time it is colder outside than it is in my room.
EXTREMELY RUDE -Went in looking for a walk in tour so that WE COULD RENT FROM THEM. We couldn’t even park because their gate system was not working. We finally parked and found the front desk, but they were extremely rude and unhelpful. They told us we couldn’t do a walk in tour, which was okay, but then they said they wouldn’t even validate our parking because we didn’t “book a tour online first”. Parked a total of five minutes and they expected us to pay for it. Will never tour or live here. They lost a potential client from the first sentence they spoke.
